| Christ Presbyterian Church is a PCUSA church in NE Tallahassee. In addition to static web content, the site utilizes a member database to leverage automated, data-driven applications to help the volunteer effort. Activities that are handled by this system include nursery volunteers, Children's Church teachers, the church's Habitat for Humanity, ECHO and Sr. Citizen efforts, church officer distribution lists and church family tracking. Email is sent upon scheduling and monthly/weekly email is sent as reminders if needed. | |

| The largest site supported by Oaklea Web Design with over 3000 files (.html, .asp, .pdf, .jpg). In addition to static web content, the Killearn Lakes Elementary School website includes a school staff, Accelerated Reader program and volunteer database. The school staff database is used to populate many pages that are traditionally done as static pages. Rearrangement of these pages is done by resorting the database rather than resorting the static content on the page. The KLES site has a searchable database of the AR tests so that students and parents can choose the proper reading material for their children in response to their AR goals. The volunteer database is used to track volunteer hours, provide reports/lists of volunteers to event coordinators and to send mass email to support school events. | |
